Request: Begirados Evolution Review

It has come to the fact that my previous post in  CoroCoro October Issue, confused some readers as i have posted a page of the Comic/Manga section (which i regret doing) about the Begirados 'Evolving' into a new bey supposedly named "Bahamudia".

That i apologize for even trying to show the new non-release bey, creating much confusion.

To close the mistake and confusion, heres the requested 'proof' that the fact "Bahamudia" is actually Begirados.

"After Shinobu manage to win Begirados in the Battle, a roaring sound started to come from the stationery defeated Begirados Bey."

"The Surface of the Begirados began to crack and veins also started to throb on the Chromium Wheel!"

(Top Right): "Killer's Bey is starting to move!!!"
Killer then starts to explain that Begirados holds a secret, that its not just any 'Beast' when Begirados comes across a strong Bey Battle, it "Evolves".
(A): in that column you can see that Begirados starts to crack open, almost like hatching something within.
(B): and in B you see the Bey completely shatters open and the New Form within is released!

A Beast appears from the Body of the Begirados, but this time its a Dragon-like Beast, Bahamut.

(Top Right): "A New Bey appears in within the old Bey!"
(Top Left): "Let me introduce to you Begirados's REAL form...Bahamudia!!"

This Ends my "argument" on the fact that Bahamudia is actually the evolution of Begirados.
My bad for posting the Comic/Manga portion. Hope this clears up any disbelief and confusions.

BBG-20 Bandid Goreim DF145BS

Extreme Defence! Hammer Destruction!

BBG-20 Bandid Goreim DF145BS
The First Rock Elemental Defense type Bey as its name suggest, is a strong and rugged Armor Defense based motif Golem.

Contents Include:
Metal Stone FaceBolt - 5.45g
Bandid Crystal Wheel - 4.66g
Goreim Chromium Wheel - 29.64g
Down Force 145 Track - 1.78g
Ball Sharp Bottom - 0.58g
Stickers & Instructions
Tool

The Goreim Chromium Wheel and Bandid Crystal Wheel

The Goriem ChW has a pretty rugged looking design consisting of 'Armor' plates and Rock like surfaces. It is relatively circular in shape and has several edges which can be used for Repetitive Attacks. Under the thick 'Armor' designs are some hollow areas which increases Recoil upon hard impact, and the thick walls of the Chromium Wheel is able to absorb weak impacts, quite a well balanced Defense ChW.

The Bandid CrW has a semi 'Gear' and 'Blade' surface. The left portion of the CrW sets a sloped blade, good for upper(CrW Up) and smash(ChW Up) attacks in respective modes. The Right sets a Thick 'Hammer' wall, Good for absorbing Attacks and Recoil.

The Goreim Chromium Wheel weighs approximately at 29.64grams.

And the Full Synchrom Goreim weighs at aprx 59.40grams.

Chromium Up & Crystal Up Modes

Down Force 145 Track & Ball Sharp Bottom

As disappointing as it is, the Bandid Goreim does not come with any new Track or Bottom. The DF145 and BS parts are of similar specs to the previous series and performs normally.

Performance Test

The Bandid Goreim when launched, performs like a Stamina Bey due to the Ball Sharp Bottom. It stays in the absolute center right after it is deployed and is quite stable.

The DF145 and BS combo also enable the Bey to be quite resistant to sudden high tilts when induced momentarily although it wobbles a little..

Bey Battle Trial

To test the Defense Type Capabilities of the Bandid Goreim DF145BS, it will be Trial against Water Elemental, Defence Type Bey, Guardian Revizer 160SB in a Standard ZeroG Attack Stadium.

Upon launched, there was a 'Tilting War' between the two Defense Beys, both of them doing extreme tilt angles trying to gain the Balance in the Center portion.

But as soon as the Bey regains its Center Balance, the massive Recoil starts, the Goreim sending Revizer near off the edge pocket while staying at a safe height with little movement.

As the Stadium tilts, Revizer slides back down towards the center to regain balance, but the tilting angle also bring Goreim towards the center...

And another heavy Impact sends the Revizer into the Stadium Out Pocket with the Goreim turning slightly away and slides back to the center.

Summary

The Recoil values of the Bandid Goreim DF145BS is no doubt the highest i have seen so far in the ZeroG series. The BS Bottom also helped the Bey to be very stable in a battle even with the High Recoil attacks dealt on its Chromium Wheel. The overall balance of the Bey is acceptably high but the Goreim tilts a little to often when in battle a wider bottom like WD will be recommended. The Bandid Goreim is a must have for All Defense Type Bladers, and the Goreim ChW is a good defense part to have add to a Synchrom Combo.

BBG-19 ZeroG Launcher

Will be skipping BBG-18 ZeroG Random Booster Vol.2 Review as BeyGenSG was not able to obtain a Full Set due to stock depletion in Japan. Will Review it in a later date when the stock is available. Apologies and thanks for the Support. But for now, we have a good news for Anti-Ripcord Bladers out there~

BBG-19 ZeroG Launcher
The ZeroG Launcher is the String rendition of the Standard Ripcord ZeroG Light Launcher and Compact Launcher. The String version of such BeyLaunchers has always been more popular amongst Bladers as it packs more control and Power in a launcher.

ZeroG Launcher comes only in a aqua blue color for now.

And comes with an additional storage compartment in its Handle Grip and also a Tool as the Base Cap, Neat!

The ZeroG Launcher is similar in size to the BBG-05 and BBG-13 Light Launchers released so far.

The String length and Revolution of the ZeroG Launcher is the Same as the previous series BeyLaunchers at 7.5 Rev. (Comparing to BB-115 BeyLauncher LR Mars Red)

The Launcher can also attach tune up gear like BBG-07 Launcher Grip

and also previous gen's BB-101 Grip Support.

The ZeroG Launcher (w/ grip support) allows the Blader to hold the angle of the Bey with minimum effort and is pretty comfortable.

When launched, the ZeroG Launcher was Smooth and did NOT crack. (Results might vary between different batches.) The launch was also very powerful when compared to the Light Launcher or Compact Launcher~

Even when launching a Full Synchrome Combo at an angle.

The ZeroG Launcher was able to execute with no effort nor cracking in gear components.

Overall, the BBG-19 ZeroG Launcher performed much better than i expected it to do and was able to cope with various heavy combinations and angles. Even at approximately 50 launches done on a Full Synchrome Combo, the ZeroG Launcher condition was still tip top. Very highly recommended for all Bladers and should invest on a few to season and practice with.

CoroCoro Comic October Issue Review

This month's issue of CoroCoro comes with Duel Master Premiums, mini comic, LBX poster chart and only have a small image of Zero on the lower portion of the page.

This issue features the recent released BBG-22 Berseker Begirados SR200BWD!
(Jap: The devastating Dragon Killer! The most powerful Rock Type Bey!)

The Begirados Chromium Wheel has one main Beast Head and inward Facing Jaws that seems to be "biting" onto the Center Clear Stone FaceBolt.

New Bey consist of  Clear Stone FaceBolt, Begirados ChW, Berseker CrW, Stamina Ring 200 Track and Big Wide Defence Bottom.

The Begirados ChW is slightly bigger than all the ZeroG Chromium Wheels released so far. Its Bigger and more stand out design, make it more defined for Attacks and Defence capabilities.

The new Stamina Ring 200 Track is a straight 200 High(+) track with a Smooth Surfaced Ring on its outer surface. It resembles the D125 Track from the past series except that its higher and the Ring is taller in width also. The new SR200 Track is mentioned to be able to fully retain its Spin Ratio by 'Diverting' any low Attacks with its Ring.

The Bey also comes with a New Bottom the Big Wide Defence (BWD). As its name suggest, it is simply the Bigger rendition of the Wide Defence Bottom (WD). The further Widen WD has a very high pivoting angle and acts like a "daruma" or "a topple balance toy".

The Review also states that the Begirados can take on 2 Dark Knight Dragooons and still defeat them!

In the comic section, the Comic rendition of the Begirados actually evolved into another bey winthin the battle with Zero and Shinobu~  Bahamudia? O_O

more in the next issue~

BBG-16 Dark Knight Dragooon LW160BSF

The return of the Left Spin Dragon Bey!

BBG-16 Dark Knight Dragooon LW160BSF
The Dark Knight Dragooon (yes 3 'o's) is the first Left Spin Bey of this ZeroG season. And also the second Sky Elemental Type Bey after the Archer Gryph.

Contents Include:
Clear Stone Face (Clear Ruby) - 1.22g
Dark Knight Crystal Wheel - 3.85g
Dragooon Chromium Wheel - 31.29g
Left Wing 160 Track - 2.41g
Blade Semi Flat Bottom - 1.23g
ZeroG Compact Launcher (Left) w/ Ripcord
Stickers and Instructions

Dragooon Chromium Wheel & Dark Knight Crystal Wheel

The Dragooon Chromium has a dragon motif design with 3 significant Dragon heads (thats why the 3 'o's in the naming to signify the 3 dragons). If you look closely you'll notice that 2 of the Dragon heads resembles the First Ldrago, Lightning Ldrago and Second generation Meteo Ldrago's design. Which is very well known in Upper and Attack Capabilities. The Third Dragon is a winged Dragon, And since the top of the Dragon Head is used instead of the front portion like the other 2, this Portion of the Bey is thickest in Mass and also High in Smash Capabilities.

The Dark Knight Crystal is a unique twin surface, two functioned Clear wheel with a Curved Blade and a Jagger Surface. The Single Bladed surface is sloped and executes a very efficient Upper Attack whereas the Jagger Edges deals Repetitive attacks on the opponent that wears down their Spin Ratio.

Chrome Up & Crystal Up Modes.

The Dragooon Chromium Wheel Weighs approximately 31.29g

The Full Synchrom Dragooon Weighs at apx. 61.41g

Left Spin attribute Wheels
The Dark Knight CrW and Dragooon ChW are special Wheels with Left Spin Attributes. By adding ANY of the Left Spin Wheels to the TOP tier of a Synchrom combo changes the Spin Direction to Left.

For Example, if the TOP Tier Synchrom Combo is Dragooon Gryph LW160BSF, then the Bey is a Right Spin because Gryph is a Right spin Chromium Wheel.

But when the Synchrom Combo has Either Dark Knight or Dragooon  on the TOP Tier, like Gryph Dragooon LW160BSF or Gryph Dark Knight LW160BSF, the Bey is Now a Left Spin combo.

Samurai "Dragooon" DF145CGF
So in short as long you put a Left Spin ChW or CrW in the RED portion or TOP of a Synchrom combo, the Bey spins Left~

Left Wing 160 Track

The LW160 is basically a higher and mirror of the 6 Fin Wing 145 Track from Samurai Ifraid W145CF.

Blade Semi Flat Bottom

The BSF is a taller and wider rendition of the Semi Flat Bottom (SF). It resembles more of the Rubber Semi Flat (RSF) size and height when compared with the much smaller SF bottom.

The 8 outer fins have little elevation angle so do not oppose any Down Force but serve as an average counter angle defector when a sudden steep tilt occurs.

ZeroG Compact Launcher Left

The Dark Knight Dragooon also comes with a Compact Launcher that has an in-built tool.

The Left Compact Launcher is slightly bigger when compared to the Standard Right Compact Launcher. Performance wise the Compact Launcher functions on the average.

Performance Trials

The Left Spin Dark Knight Dragooon is known for its High Attack Capabilities at Peak Spin Ratio and Repetitive Attacks at Low Spin Ratios.

1- When launched in a ZeroG Standard Attack Stadium, the Dark Knight Dragooon make significant high speed full revolutions in the mid section of the stadium avoiding the outer ring and center pit. Very high in Attack levels and Recoil.

2- After the Spin Ratio lowers, the Bey starts to make tiny Circles in a flower pattern in the center pit area before ending in a Stamina stall. Flower pattern attacks are super effective when coupled with Repetitive Attack modes as the Bey makes brief but continuous Attacks to wear down the opponent's Spin Ratio.

Bey Battle Trials

The Dark Knight Dragooon LW160BSF is pit against similar Attack Bey Samurai Ifraid W145CF in a ZeroG Standard Attack Stadium.

Upon Samurai Ifraid's launch, the Stadium was Rocking in a wild circular motion.

Here comes the entry. When the Dark Knight Dragooon was launched, the Stadium stablized! Yes, instead of circling in the opposite direction, the Dragooon slided to the center pit and Stabilized the Stadium with its counter directional Spins.

Then the Action begins! As soon as the Ifraid loses Control of the Stadium momentum, the Dragooon moves out of the center and starts to circle the Stadium, staying in the mid section of the stadium walls.

The opposing force of the Left Spin Dragooon was so great the weaken Ifraid loses its balance and Grip of the Stadium surface almost instantly!

Another smaller revolution made by the  Dragooon sent the Samurai Ifraid out into the Stadium Out Pocket!

Summary

Without a doubt the Dark Knight Dragooon LW160BSF really twisted the rules and movement of the Stadium and has a tremendous amount of Attacking capabilities as its previous seasons. The Stamina and Balance attributes also outshines opposing a similar bey type. Overall, the Dark Knight Dragooon is a must have for all bladers and collectors~
